Prof. Mirosław Klinkowski is an Associate Professor at the Central Chamber for Telecommunication Metrology at the National Institute of Telecommunications, Poland. He received the Ph.D. degree (2008) from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain, and the D.Sc. (habilitation) degree (2013) from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. He has co-authored several book chapters and over 160 research papers presented in leading journals and conference proceedings, including over 50 papers published in JCR journals. He received the 2014 Fabio Neri Best Paper Award. His research interests concentrate on algorithm design, modeling, and optimization in communication networks.
