Prof. Bryan M. Wong is a full professor in the Materials Science and Engineering Program and a Cooperating Faculty Member in the Department of Chemistry, Department of Physics and Astronomy, and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Riverside. He is listed in the Reviews in Computational Chemistry (Volume 27) as a researcher who “regularly publishes in journals that focus on computing at the molecular level.” Prof. Wong received his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is the recipient of several awards, including an R&D 100 Award, a Department of Energy (DOE) Early Career Award, and an ACS COMP OpenEye Outstanding Junior Faculty Award in Computational Chemistry. His research focuses on computational chemistry, Density Functional Theory, computational materials, nanomaterials, time-dependent density functional theory, excited states, and quantum chemistry.
