Giulio Maccauro graduated from the Catholic University of
the Sacred Heart of Rome in Medicine and Surgery. He is a Full Professor at the
Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome. He is a member of the ASN
Commission. He is a Director of the Aging, Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Area
at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome. He was a UOSD Director
of Oncology and Traumatology of the Elderly at the Catholic University of the
Sacred Heart of Rome. He is a member of the board of IORS, CIOSM, and the SIOT Bone
Metastasis Group. He is a member of the SOTIMI board and the SIOT board. He
obtained the presidency of the CIOSM Rome Congress in 2010 and 2012.
