Ming Hai-Xu was born in Zhejiang Hangzhou in China. He graduated from Sichuan University in June 1997 with a bachelor's degree in physics. In April 2002, he graduated from the Department of Optoelectronics of Zhejiang University and obtained a master's degree in engineering. He is currently working at the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Electronic Engineering, Wenzhou University of Technology. His current research interests include machine learning, image processing, and electronic information.
Prof. Dr. Zhongyi Hu is a Professor at the College of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Wenzhou University, and Intelligent Information Systems Institute, Wenzhou University, China. In 1999, he received a BS in automation from the Beijing Institute of Machinery. In 2006 and 2015, he received an MS in control engineering and a PhD in intelligent traffic engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology, respectively. He spent about half a year as a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research interests include machine vision, machine learning tracking, and image processing and analysis. He serves as a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics, International Journal of Modelling, Identification and Control, and Electronics Letters.
