Prof. Dr. Guilin Liu currently serves as a Professor and doctor
supervisor at the College of Engineering, Ocean University of China, Qingdao,
China. He received his M.S. degree in Hydrology and Oceanography Science from
the National University of Hydrology and Oceanography of Russia in June 2005,
an M.S. degree in Port Coastal and Near Sea Engineering from Ocean University
of China in June 2006, and his PhD degree in Port Coastal and Near Sea
Engineering from Ocean University of China in June 2019. He worked at Shandong
Chikangang Company, Qingdao Commercial Construction Engineering Company from
July 1996 to June 2002. Prof. Dr. Liu was awarded the 2021 Science and
Technology Walk Second Prize in Qingdao City and the 2022 “Shandong Province
Marine Science and Technology Enterprise New Second Prize”. His main research
areas include Coastal/Ocean Engineering Design Associate Research and Marine
Engineering Hydraulic Power Simulation.
