Yufei Liu received a B.S. degree in physics, a B.A. degree in economics from Peking University, in 2003, an M.Eng. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Shanghai Institute of
Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, in 2006, and a Ph.D. degree from Heriot–Watt University, in 2011. He is currently a Professor at the College of Optoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University, and an Honorary Professor at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, College of Engineering, Swansea University. His research interests are advanced micro-/nanofabrication and micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology.
