Prof. Dr. Han-Jun Lee has a position as a professor and is currently working at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Chung-Ang University Hospital, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He is a leading Knee Surgeon with more than 28 years of experience in performing joint replacement surgeries and deformity correction surgeries. He serves as an Expert Adviser for New Health Technology Assessment, The Ministry of Health & Welfare, Korea, as an academician and member of the insurance committee, The Korean Knee Society, The Korean Society for Computer-assisted Orthopaedic Surgery, and The Korean Orthopaedic Pain Society. From 1991–2002, he earned his MD, Bachelor’s, PG, and Doctor’s degrees from Chung-Ang University, School of Medicine. Between 2006–2007, he completed further training at the University of South Florida, Tampa general hospital, Tampa, Florida, United States. He focuses on artificial joints, arthroscopic surgery, leg angular deformity, and cartilage stem cell therapy. He is the author of more than 65 scientific publications, most of which were published in peer-reviewed journals in these fields. Most of his research papers assess various aspects of his surgical practice.
