Kuo-Ching Chiou, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at the Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan. He received his Masters degree in applied mathematics from National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan, in 1990, and a PhD degree in industrial engineering and management from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 2000. His current research interests include the fields of quality control in performance evaluation, lifetime performance index under censoring type, and two-tailed fuzzy testing for operating performance index.
Andri Dayarana K. Silalahi, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral researcher at Chaoyang University of Technology. His research interests include consumer behavior on social media, AI in education and business, and sustainability. In 2024, he will serve as an assistant professor in the Department of Marketing and Logistics Management at the same institution.
