Zhihai He is currently working as a professor and master's supervisor at the School of Civil Engineering, Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences. He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a master's
degree in materials science, and a doctorate in materials science from Hunan Institute of Technology, Central South University and Southeast University, respectively. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Plymouth University, UK. He is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of advanced cement-based materials.
He is an expert member of the Cement-Based Rheology Testing Technical Committee of the Testing Technology Branch of the Chinese Silicate Society, and a member of the Academic Committee of the Second Council of the Solid Waste and Ecological Materials Branch of the Chinese Silicate Society. He is a reviewer for more than 20 SCI/EI journals.
