Amel Ben Mabrouk is an Associate Professor at the Mediterranean School of Business in Tunisia. She obtained her PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), University of Tunis El Manar in 2017. Her research interests include supply chain management, operations management, reliability and maintenance management.

Anis Chelbi is Professor in Industrial Engineering at the Higher National School of Engineering at the University of Tunis. He is also Professor of Supply Chain Management at the Mediterranean School of Business in Tunisia. His main research interests include production, reliability, and maintenance. He has a rich array of experience as a consultant in various fields like aeronautics with SNECMA Motors and Messier-Dowty in France, the chemical industry with AKZO-Nobel in Belgium, and other industries in Tunisia. He is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Quality in Maintenance Engineering. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Paper Award at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2009.

Mohamed Salah Aguir is an Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at the National Engineering School of Carthage at the University of Carthage. He obtained his PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris in 2004. His research interests include contact centers, stochastic optimization, and inventory management.

Dr. Sofiene Dellagi is an Associate Professor at the university of Lorraine, in France. He is the head of the research laboratory LGIPM ‘Laboratoire de Génie informatique, de Production et de Maintenance”. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Metz in 2006. His main expertise and research interests include reliability, maintenance, production control, simulation, and optimization.
