Dr. Taye Minichil Meshesha is a Researcher and PhD Student
at the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Tottori University,
Japan. He earned his BS in Hydraulic and Water Resource Engineering from
Wollega University and an MS in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from
Bahir Dar University. His areas of expertise are surface and subsurface
hydrology, climate and land use interactions, watershed management, land
degradation, hydrological models, climate models, and remote sensing.
Dr. Ashebir Sewale Belay is an Assistant Professor at the
School of Earth Sciences, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He graduated with
a BS in Applied Geology from Mekelle University, an MS in Environmental Geology
with specialization in Hydrogeology and Pollution from the University of Oslo,
and a PhD in Geology from Ghent University. His research interests mainly
include water science, environmental science, geochemistry, and mineral
exploration.
