Xueying Yang was born in 1998. She achieved a B.S. degree from Nanchang Hangkong University, Nanchang, China, studying there between 2016 and 2020. She received an M.S. degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio-electronics, Belarus, studying there between 2020 and 2022. She is currently pursuing a PhD degree in aeronautical and astronautical science and technology with the Space Engineering University, Beijing, China. Her research interests include multi-satellite mission planning.

Min Hu was born in 1983. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Equipment College, China, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and a PhD degree from Space Engineering University, Beijing, China, in 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor at Space Engineering University. His research interests include spacecraft orbit dynamics, distributed spacecraft dynamics and control, design of constellation, and space mission analysis. He has published more than 60 articles and authorized 25 national invention patents.

Gang Huang was born in Jiangsu Province, China, in 1991. He received his bachelor's degree from Jincheng College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2015, and his master's degree from Nanchang Hangkong University in 2020. He is currently studying for his doctorate at Space Engineering University. His main research interests include evolutionary computing and intelligent collaboration.

Yijun Wang was born in 2000. He received a B.S degree from Space Engineering University, Beijing, China, studying there between 2019 and 2023. He is currently pursuing an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with the Space Engineering University, Beijing, China. His research interests include target monitoring resource scheduling.
