Prof. Hui Chang is currently mainly engaged in research on low-cost titanium alloy preparation and processing technology and titanium alloy additive manufacturing materials. He has presided over more than 10 National Natural Science Foundation projects, installation and development common technology projects, and Jiangsu Province key R&D projects. He is currently a member of the International Organizing Committee of the China World Titanium Conference, a member of the Organizing Committee of the National Titanium and Titanium Alloy Academic Exchange Conference, an executive director of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, and a deputy director of the first committee of the Rare Metal Materials Professional Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society. In November 2006, he was awarded the honorary title of Advanced Individual in Science and Technology Industry Collaboration.
Dr. Feng Li has long been engaged in research on titanium alloy phase transformation and structure control, plastic deformation mechanism, etc. In recent years, as the project leader, he has undertaken one national key project on cutting-edge technology, as the sub-project leader, one national key R&D project, and as the project leader, he has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, Natural Science Research General Project of Jiangsu Province Colleges and Universities, the National Key Laboratory of New Metal Materials Open Fund and other projects, it has undertaken 3 horizontal enterprise projects. He has successively served as a youth editorial board member of the magazine "Rare Metals", a member of the China Materials Research Society, a member of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Materials Society, the Vice President of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, a scientific and technological consulting expert in Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, a high-tech enterprise evaluation expert in Jiangsu Province, and a product quality appraisal expert in Jiangsu Province.
Academician Lian Zhou graduated from Northeastern University in 1963. From November 1979 to December 1981, he was sent by the Ministry of Education to the Low Temperature Research Laboratory of the French National Scientific Research Center for further study. In 1994, he was selected as the first batch of academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In 2005, he was awarded an honorary doctorate by Joseph Fourier University in France. Academician Lian Zhou is currently the Honorary
resident and Director of the Academic Committee of the Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, the Dean of the New Materials Research Institute of Nanjing University of Technology, a fellow of the International Society for Biomaterials Science and Engineering, the Honorary President of Shaanxi
University of Science and Technology, and the Honorary Suzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute. For more than 50 years, Academician Lian Zhou has been committed to the research and development of superconducting and rare metal materials. In recent years, his research directions have also involved titanium and titanium alloys, material processing and preparation technology, bioengineering, and new
materials. He has made outstanding contributions to the basic research, process technology and practical research and development of conductive materials and rare metal materials.
