Sura F. Ismail born in baghdad, Iraq. P.hd. Student in electrical engineering with specializationin control and computer in Baghdad university, M.sc. in computer engineering from University of Baghdad, Iraq -2013. She recevied the B.Sc. in computer engineering from University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, in 2008. She is working as a lecture at University of Information technology and communications. Her current research interests include machine learning, mobile networks, sensor networks, internet of things, wireless networks and Information security.

(1994-1999) received B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Baghdad University, (1999-2002) received M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Baghdad University and (2006-2009) received Ph.D. in Communication and Information Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. (2011-2013) received PostDoc. in Information Technology at Wuhan University of Science and Technology in China. He is currently a Faculty Member and Professor at Electrical Engineering Department / University of Baghdad. He is also an IEEE Member, Member of Iraqi Engineers Society, Editor and Reviewer at some International Science and Engineering Journals. During (2004-current), he joined Cisco Networking Academy and Huawei Technologies Academy as an academic instructor and he get some important certificates from these academies. He supervised many master and doctoral students. Finally, he published more than forty papers and participated in many important international journals and conferences as a researcher, a reviewer or as an editor.
