Yang Hu, PhD, graduated from Hiroshima University. She is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Lecturer at Soochow University. Her research fields cover urban studies, environmental psychology, and environmental behavior. She focuses on urban public spaces (streets, outdoor spaces in residential areas, outdoor square, parks, etc.) and is committed to conducting disciplinary research through behavioral markers, brain imaging tools, virtual reality models, mathematical models, etc., to reveal scientific issues on built-environment and perceived livability, mental health level, and physical activity. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary research in architecture, psychology, and sociology.
Yu Yue is an undergraduate majoring in architecture at the Gold Mantis School of Architecture, Soochow University. She was awarded a scholarship for Excellence Learning at Soochow University. She has participated in research related to streets and cities and won the Soochow University 2023 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Creativity Competition award.
