Cheng-Wen Lee is the Dean of the Business College of Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan, as well as a professor in the Department of International Business. Her present areas of interest in research are knowledge management, multinational/global strategies (e.g., M&A, strategic alliance, joint venture), and environmental/technological innovation and transfer.
