Zhenlin Liao is a professor position at the College of Food Science, College of Food Science. He is a lifetime member of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, an expert in the external review of special medical foods, and an expert in the National Nutrition and Health Expert Committee of Guangzhou. He is engaged in the research of intestinal flora, the relationship between prebiotics and fat metabolism, the mining and application of functional probiotics, and the detection of pathogenic microbes. He has participated in four National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and presided over one NSFC project. He has participated in two key R&D programs in Guangdong Province.
