PhD in Management from ISEG -
Lisbon School of Economics and Management (University of Lisbon). Assistant
Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Catholic University of
Portugal. Teaches curricular units in the Degree in Social and Cultural
Communication, in the master’s degree in Asian Studies, and the course of
Strategies of Communication and Consumers' Behavior in Asian Markets. From 1997 to 2002, she was Director at
Burson-Marsteller, a multinational in Communication Consulting. Experience
acquired in national and international projects, in the most diverse sectors of
activity, includes the development of strategic communications plans, media
relations, media training, product communication, event management, crisis training,
corporate social responsibility, institutional communication and reputation
management. Her research interests include Integrated Marketing Communication,
Organizational Reputation, Stakeholder Theory, Individual and Organizational
Values and Reputation, Marketing Ethics, Internal Communication, Sustainability
Communication, and Responsible and Sustainable Communication and Marketing.
PhD in Communication Sciences
from ISCTE-IUL (2018) with a dissertation on Lobbying and Strategic
Communication; master's degree in the Strategic Management of Public Relations from
ESCS-IPL (2012); graduate degree in Public Relations and Organizational Communication
from ESCS-IPL (2010). Auxiliar Professor of the Faculty of Human Sciences at
the Catholic University of Portugal since September 2019, and was previously a Guest
Assistant (2012-2018) and Guest Adjunct Professor (2018-2019) at ESCS-IPL.
Researcher in the area of Strategic Communication and Public Relations, with
publications in national and international conferences and journals.
