Prof. Dr. Xiao Luo earned a BS from the School of Physics
of Sichuan University (2012) and a PhD from the School of Physics of Lanzhou
University (2017). He is now a distinguished researcher and the doctoral
supervisor of the “Hundred Talents Plan” of the University of Electronic
Science and Technology of China. He joined the School of Optoelectronic Science
and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China
in June 2020 and joined the “Nano Optoelectronics” research team as a key
member. In recent years, he has been conducting cross-field research on the
“integrated applications of optoelectronic information devices and optical
excited-state dynamics” in response to the country’s strategic needs in the
field of energy revolution and quantum information. In addition, he also
actively assumes various academic positions and participates in the evaluation and
review of research projects and scientific papers.
