Yongzhen Li received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 1999 and 2004, respectively. He is currently a Professor at The College of Electronic Science and Technology of NUDT. He is a Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and a Member of the Radio Propagation Society. His research interests include radar signal processing, radar polarimetry, and target recognition.
