Chunyan Liu has been an Associate Professor at the College of Agriculture, Northeast Agricultural University since 2017. She obtained her Bachelor's degree, M.S. degree, and Ph.D. from Northeast Agricultural University in 2002, 2005, and 2009, respectively. From February 2011 to December 2013, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Crop Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. From July 2005 to July 2017, she was an Associate Researcher at the Heilongjiang Province Nongken Scientific Research Breeding Center. She is also the winner of the Third Prize of Natural Science of Heilongjiang Province (ranked 2nd) in 2021, and her skills and expertise include agriculture and soil fertility.

Xiaoxia Wu is a Researcher at the College of Agriculture, Northeast Agricultural University. She obtained her M.S. degree and Ph.D. from Northeast Agricultural University in 2001 and 2007, respectively. From April 2012 to August 2020, she was the Associate Dean at the College of Agriculture. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Agriculture. She is now a member of the National Steering Committee for Agricultural Degree Research and Education and the Director of the Heilongjiang Soybean Association. Dawei Xin is a Professor at Northeast Agricultural University. From 2014 to 2016, he worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Life Sciences. He obtained his M.Sc (Agronomy department) from the Key Laboratory of Soybean Biology and Breeding/Genetics of the Chinese Agriculture Ministry in 2007. In 2011, he obtained his Ph.D. from the Sun Yat-sen University School of Life Science. He is the Vice Chairman of the China Intelligent Engineering Research Society, Labor and Technology Engineering Education Working Committee. He won the Third Prize in Natural Science in Heilongjiang Province for the establishment of gene localization and molecular-assisted breeding systems for important genetic traits in soybeans, which ranked first in 2021. His expertise includes QTL mapping, marker-assisted selection, soybean seed protein concentration, and the QTL network.
