Prof. Dr. Manglai Dugarjaviin is a postdoctoral fellow, a doctoral supervisor, and a professor at Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, with dual doctoral degrees in agriculture and veterinary medicine. He is the recipient of special allowances from the State Council, a former vice president of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, a "teaching master" of higher education institutions in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a national teacher ethics model, a member of the 8th Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, a member of the National Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee and director of the Ma Lv Camel Professional Committee, a deputy director of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Animal Production Majors under the Ministry of Education, vice chairman of the Equestrian Branch of the Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society, and president of the Inner Mongolia Equestrian Society. Professor Manglai's research in the field of horse science is highly representative of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He has become a leading figure in China's horse industry science, a representative figure in the teaching and research of the younger generation of horse science in China, and the founder of the new generation of horse science teaching and research in Inner Mongolia.
