Kriengkrai Kumprang is an esteemed PhD student at College of Management, Mahidol University, in Thailand. He is an organizational practitioner and involved in corporate management in a leading global corporation. His research interests are management, human resources, and organizational development.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Suparak Suriyankietkaew, PhDs, is an active, award-wining researcher and Assistant Dean at College of Management, Mahidol University, in Thailand. She earned her double doctorate degrees in management from Macquarie University in Australia, and Mahidol University. She received an International Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship and Royal Golden Jubilee PhD grant from Thailand Research Fund. She published in several high-quality international journals and books. She also led diverse successful pioneering and funded research projects. Her research interests focus on studies of organizational behavior, human resource management and development, organizational development, sustainable leadership, sustainable development, and sustainability.
