Dr. Rosa M. Lamuela-Raventos  is Full Professor at the Department of Nutrition, Food Science, and Gastronomy within the INSA-UB, School of Pharmacy and Food Science at the University of Barcelona, and ICREA Academia. As the head of a CIBEROBN group, she spearheads pioneering research in the field of polyphenols. With over 300 published papers boasting an impressive h-index of 99, Dr. Lamuela-Raventos stands as a formidable authority in her domain. Her current focus revolves around pivotal international and national projects centered on exploring the nutritional benefits of bioactive compounds in food.
