Guoqing Li was born in Heze, Shandong Province, China, in 2000. He received a B.E. degree in Electronic Engineering from Weifang University of Science and Technology, Weifang, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing a master's degree at the School of Mechatronics and Engineering, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou, China. His research interests include SAR and InSAR signal processing and radar systems.

Yake Li received a B.S. degree in Electric Engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2007; a Ph.D. in Electric Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2012, with a focus on SAR motion compensation and signal processing; and a Ph.D. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, in 2016, with a focus on the FMCW SAR system, signal processing, and RF engineering. He is currently with the Quanzhou Institute of Equipment Manufacturing Haixi Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. His research interests include SAR/InSAR signal processing, radar systems, target detection, tracking, and RF engineering.

Wenyan Liu received a B.E. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Minnan Normal University, Zhangzhou, China, in 2022. She is currently pursuing a master's degree at the College of Computer and Cyberspace Security at Fujian Normal University. Her research interests include SAR and InSAR signal processing.
