Esther Schamschula currently serves as a Scientific Associate of the Medical University Innsbruck. She received her Master of Science in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Innsbruck from 2012 to 2014. She obtained Doctorate Degree in Biosciences from the University of Salzburg in 2016.
