Maria Kalaitzoglou is a Cardiology
Resident at the General Hospital G. Papanikolaou (Thessaloniki, Greece). From December
2018 to August 2020, she worked at Serres General Hospital (Serres, Greece) as an
Internal Medicine Resident. She received a Doctor of Medicine from the Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2018 and a Master's degree in Thrombosis and Antithrombotic treatment from the University of Thessaly (UTH). She received an Advance Life Support
Instructor License from the ERC European Resuscitation Council. Her research
interest mainly focuses on Echocardiography.
Lamprini Tsigkriki, Cardiologist

in Thessaloniki, Greece. Tsigkriki received a Doctor of Medicine - MD, Medicine from
the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2014, and a Master of
Science - MS, Medical Research Methodology from the same university. Tsigkriki worked
at the Chania General Hospital as a Cardiology Resident from August 2019 to August
2020. Tsigkriki was a Medical Doctor at the Health Center Kissamos Chania from June
2018 to June 2019. Tsigkriki’s research interests mainly focus on heart failure
with reduced ejection fraction (hfref), low-dose-dobutamine stress
echocardiogram, cardiac resynchronization therapy, aortic stenosis, and viability.
Dr. Dafni
Charisopoulou works as a doctor at Great Ormond Street Hospital. She earned her
PhD from Umeå University in 2018. Her research interests include areas such as heart
failure, atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, echocardiography, congenital
heart disease, clinical cardiology, cardiac function, cardiac imaging, cardiomyopathies,
and cardiovascular diseases.
