Guo he Jiang received a PhD from Shanghai Maritime University and is now a Professor and PhD Supervisor at Merchant Marine College, Shanghai Maritime University. His main research interests include marine power machinery vibration and noise control; fault diagnosis technology of marine diesel engines; and exhaust emission control technology of marine diesel engines.
