Dr. Muhammad-Salman Waqas is a lecturer in comparative theriogenology (Agricultural Animal, Equine, Camelids, & Small Animal) at the Animal Disease Biotechnology Facility, Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, Washington State University, USA. He is a diplomat of the American College of Theriogenologists. He earned, from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad Pakistan, a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine summa cum laude in 2010 and an MS in Veterinary Science in 2013. He received his PhD from Washington State University through a Fulbright Scholarship in 2018. He completed his specilaty theriogenology training at Auburn University and Washington State University, in addition to specialty externships in Canada and Turkey. His research topics mainly include reproduction, theriogenology, semen, embryo, oocyte, ovum, testes, spermatozoon, epididymis, and genome editing.
Dr. Ahmed Tibary is a Professor Emeritus at Washington State University Pullman. He earned, from the Institute Agronomiqueet Vétérinaire Hassan II, Rabat, Morocco, a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in
1980, and a DesS in 1988. He received a MS from the University of Minnesota Graduate School in 1984, and a PhD from the University of Minnesota in 1989. His research interest is clinical large animal (ruminants, equine, and camelids) theriogenology (Reproductive medicine and surgery). Dr. Tibary is the recipient of the Bartlett Acchivement Aarad (2019) and Theriogenologist of the Year (2011). He is the author of over 80 scientific publications and 8 books.
