Dr.
Ricco received his Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University
of Parma in 2002 and then pursued a specialization in Occupational
Medicine in 2006 with further specialization in Hygiene and Public
Health in 2011. He worked as an Occupational Medicine Inspector at AUSL
of Parma (2014-2015) and APSS of Trento (2015-2017). In 2017, he moved
to AUSL-IRCCS of Reggio Emilia and obtained his qualification for
University Teaching in Occupational Medicine (2020) and Hygiene and
Public Health (2021). His research topics mainly include occupational
medicine, the epidemiology of infectious diseases, and travel medicine.
