Dr. Kaimin Chen currently works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Polymer Materials and Engineering, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shanghai University of Engineering Science. He obtained a Bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. at the East China University of Science and Technology. He completed a Joint Ph.D. Course at the Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts, and a Postdoctoral at the School of Biomedical Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University. His research interests are 1. Controllable preparation and performance research of functional microspheres. 2. Surface-initiated polymerization technology. 3. Modification and functionalization of pigments for coatings.
