Zuoqiang Du received an M.D. degree from the College of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Engineering University, China, in 2005. He is a Professor with the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Harbin University of Commerce. He has published with the identity of the first author and been a corresponding author more than ten articles indexed by SCI/EI in journals. His main research interests include the application of quantum computing, information processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Hui Li received a Ph.D. from College of Automation, Harbin Engineering University, China, in 2013. He is a Full Professor and Doctoral Supervisor with the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Harbin University of Commerce, and was elected into the High Level Talents of Heilongjiang Province. His main research interests include the application of quantum computing and information processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, intelligent control and decision making. He has published, with the identity of first author and corresponding author, more than 40 papers indexed by SCI/EI in journals.
