Rakeeb Ahmad Mir is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, School of Life Sciences, Central University of Kashmir. He received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the University of Sheffield. Before his current role, he was an Assistant Professor at the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University. His research interests include molecular taxonomy, nematode genomics, and basic research in proteomics. In addition, he is deeply involved in teaching courses such as Cell Biology, Signal Transduction and Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Proteomics, and Nematode Genomics at the university level.
Anshika Tyagi graduated from Banasthali Vidyapith University and received her Ph.D. in Biotechnology. She has a position as an International Research Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea. She is also a Researcher at the National Institute for Plant Biotechnology, Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Sofi J. Hussein is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Botany, Central University Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir. He received his Ph.D. at the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, and his Master’s degree in Botany at Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. He has worked as a Lecturer of Botany in the higher education of Jammu and Kashmir and as a trainee at the “International Centre of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB)”, New Delhi. His research interests include the use of various amendments in ameliorating environmental stresses in plants.
