Dr. Gabriela Droj earned, from the Universitatea
„Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, a Master’s degree in Computer Science (1997)
and a Ph.D. in Information Science (2008). From 2000 to 2008, she worked as the
Head of the GIS Department at the City Hall of Oradea. From 2008 until now, she
has been a Consultant for UrbanGIS Consulting. She is also a Lecturer in
the Department of Topography Geodesy at the University of Oradea. She conducts
research in geoinformatics (GISs), information systems (Business Informatics),
and databases.
Dr. Anita Kwartnik-Pruc earned, from the AGH University of
Krakow, a Master of Science in Geodesy and Cartography (1995) and a Ph.D.
(2000). Now, she is a professor at the AGH University of Krakow. From 2011 to
2018, she worked at the Kielce University of Technology as an Assistant
Professor. Her skills and expertise include geoinformation, investment, spatial
analysis, land use planning, urban development, urban sustainability, urbanism,
and sustainable development.
