Awdhesh Kumar Mishra has completed his Ph.D. in the field of Plant Biotechnology from the National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi, India. His Ph.D. focused on the characterization of a different functional aspect of the WD40 protein in foxtail millet (Setaria italica) and its evolutionary history. He joined the Center for Plant Biotechnology and Genomics-UPM, Madrid, Spain, as a Postdoctoral Fellow (2016), and then moved to another Postdoctoral position at the Department of Biotechnology, Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea (2017-2018). Subsequently, he was promoted to the present position, as an International Research Professor.
Prof. Safikur Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at Munshi Singh College, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, India. He obtained his Ph.D. at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences in 2012. He became a researcher at the Immunoendocrinology Laboratory in India. In 2016, he served as an international research professor at Yeungnam University in the Republic of Korea. He has been an Assistant Professor at BR Ambedkar Bihar University since 2019.
Prof. Dr. Kwang-Hyun Baek is a full Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and a Director of The Institute of Biotechnology at Yeungnam University in Korea. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Crop Sciences at Washington State University in 2005 and has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Korea Research Institute of Biotechnology and Bioscience and the Institute of Genetics and Breeding, Seoul National University. He is an editorial board member of several international journals. Current research interests are in the molecular physiology of plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses and antibiotic resistance, and the agricultural application of nanoparticles.
