Marina Grgić is a researcher at the Teachers University of
Berne (Switzerland) and a lecturer at the University of Teacher Education in
Valais (Switzerland). In 2024, she received her PhD in Educational Science at
the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg (Austria), with a focus on the role of
teachers and school culture in the context of school reforms in the digital
area. Her main research interests are the use of mixed methods in school
reforms, school development, and higher education didactics.
Michelle Jutzi works as a lecturer and senior researcher at
the University of Teacher Education in Berne. In 2018, she received her PhD in Education
from the Department of Educational Science with a focus on theory and empirical
research on educational processes in schools, University of Zurich
(Switzerland). Her main research interests are school leadership, development,
and innovation.
