Dr. Yang Yang is a L-III scientist at NIWA New Zealand. He completed his PhD studies in meteorology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has published more than 25 papers as the first author in various journals in the fields of mountain meteorology, jet-stream dynamics, land surface processes and modelling, and convective-scale NWP.
