Yusuf Olatunji Habeeb graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Education, specializing in Guidance and Counselling, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2014. He subsequently pursued his MBA at Cyprus International University, completing his degree in 2020. He is currently a Ph.D. Student in Business Administration at the Near East University and is in the process of writing his PhD dissertation. He is the CEO of Feyushab Solutions World International Limited in Lagos State Nigeria. His research interests include human resource management, strategic planning, organization performance, leadership, and sustainable development. He has two internationally published articles so far in journals indexed in  Scopus and Web of Science.

Serife Zihni Eyupoglu graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University in 1990 and pursued her MBA at the same university. She completed her Ph.D. in Organization and Management at the Near East University in 2004. She is a Professor of Management at Near East University in North Cyprus and is currently the Chair of the Department of Business Administration as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Her core academic teaching area is management and organization. Her research interests include human resource management, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, leadership, and corporate social responsibility.  She has many internationally published articles in journals indexed in the Web of Science as well as Scopus.
