Dr. Alejandro García-Huante is a Postdoctoral Researcher of plant physiology at the National Council of Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies (CONAHCYT) Postgraduate College Montecillo Campus. He is also a participant in the Mexican Center for Innovation in Ocean Energy (CEMIE-O) at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he graduated with Civil Engineering and Physical Oceanography.
Dr. Fernando Carlos Gómez-Merino is a Full Professor of plant physiology and plant biotechnology at the College of Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences Montecillo Campus. He obtained his PhD at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biology, the University of Potsdam in cooperation with the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology. His research interests include molecular plant physiology, plant biotechnology, plant nutrition, plant biostimulation, crop productivity, abiotic stress, and innovation in agriculture.
Dr. Libia Iris Trejo-Téllez is a Full Professor at the College of Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences in Mexico. She leads the Laboratory of Plant Nutrition at Montecillo Campus. She obtained the degree of Agronomist Engineer Specialist in soil sciences from the Chapingo
Autonomous University in Mexico in 1995. In 2000, she obtained an MSc Degree in soil science and plant nutrition from the College of Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences in Mexico. In 2004, she obtained the degree of Doctor rerum naturalium from the Free
University of Berlin in Germany. Her research interests include plant nutrition, plant biostimulation, plant physiology, crop productivity, abiotic stress tolerance, and plant metabolism.
Dr. Amelia López-Herrera is a Posdoctoral Researcher of Plant Physiology at the National Council of Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies (CONAHCYT) College of Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences in Mexico. She obtained the degree in Biology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2009. At this University, she worked in the Dissemination and Education Area of the Botanical Garden of the Institute of Biology. In 2016, she obtained an MSc Degree in Horticulture at the Chapingo Autonomous University. In 2021, she obtained the degree of Doctor in Botany from the College of Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences in Mexico. Her research interests include plant anatomy, plant physiology, abiotic stress, green synthesis of nanoparticles, electron microscopy, plant nutrition, and plant tissue culture.
