Paulina Parcheta-Szwindowska holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Polymers Technology, Gdańsk University of Technology. She received her B.Sc. (2014), M.Sc. (2015), and Ph.D. (2019) degrees at the same university. In 2021, she received a START scholarship from the Foundation for Polish Science. In 2020, she received the Main Award of the Gdańsk Branch of the Polish Chemical Society and the Deans of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Gdańsk for the best doctoral thesis defended in 2019. Moreover, in 2018, she was awarded the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements in the 2018/2019 academic year among doctoral students. She actively participates in research and implementation work for industry and science promotion activities, including the Baltic Science Festival, where since 2015 she has been the coordinator of many events and workshops.
