Mr. Jeyavanan Karthigesu obtained his B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka and his M.Phil. degree in Environmental Forestry from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. programme at the University of Tokyo, Japan in the field of forest management using UAV and remote sensing technology. He is a Senior Lecturer attached to the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
