Shilin Li received the B.E.degree in electronics information engineering from Guilin University Of Electronic Technology, Guilin, China,in 2012. In 2012, he worked as a pre research engineer at Yulong Computer Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In 2014, he joined the Information School, Hunan University of Humanities Science and Technology, where he is currently a lecturer.His main research interests are integrated circuit and Internet of Vehicles.
Taoyun Zhour obtained his master's and doctoral degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2007 and 2022, respectively. She currently serves as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology. Her primary research focus is on satellite positioning and cooperative positioning.
Yi Liu received the B.E.degree in Control theory and Control Engineering from Hunan University of Science and Technology in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in Optical communication from Hunan University, Changsha in 2020. In 2016, he was appointed by CSC for the joint doctoral program at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. In 2020, he joined the Information School, Hunan University of Humanities Science and Technology, where he is currently a lecturer. His main research interests are optical communication and deep learning.
