Dr. Lochmiller is an associate professor in and department chair for the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the School of Education at Indiana University Bloomington. His research focuses on issues related to K-12 educational leadership and policy, including those related to leadership development and coaching in relation to specific content areas.
Frank Perrone is an assistant professor of educational leadership at Indiana University Bloomington. His research primarily focuses on school leader preparation, school leaders' career pathways, and the principal's role in teacher career trajectories.
Dr. Chris Finley is an alumnus of the Educational Leadership Program at Indiana University Bloomington and currently serves as a school district central office administrator. His research considers leadership behaviors that support improved teacher retention.
