Zhongming Zheng completed his B.Sc. at the Zhejiang Ocean University in 1985, his M.Sc. at the Shanghai Ocean University in 2003, and his Ph.D. at the Ocean University of China in 2009. Then, he went to Auburn University as a Visiting Scholar in 2010. He holds a position as a Professor at the School of Marine Sciences, Ningbo University, China. His research interests include water ecology, aquaculture ecology, and fishery environmental protection.
Wen Yang is a Lecturer at the School of Marine Sciences, Ningbo University, China. She graduated from Shandong Agricultural University and received her B.Sc. in 2012. Then, she completed her M.Sc. and Ph.D. at Ningbo University in 2015 and 2018, respectively. Her research interests include algae–bacteria interaction mechanisms and microbial ecology.
