Kristin Severinsen Spieler is Associate Professor of Pedagogy and Assistant Head at the Department of Education, University of Agder, Norway. She holds master’s degrees in pedagogy and business administration. Her research includes studies on knowledge management, leadership, didactics, early childhood education, and assessments of student behaviour in higher education contexts.
