Shuai Liu received his M.Eng degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Jilin University in 2014, and is now pursuing a PhD in Traffic Control Engineering. He is currently an assistant researcher at the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics, and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2014–). His research topics mainly include: image processing, computer vision processing, high resolution recovery of spatial target images, and image clarification.
