Junqi Shen received his Master’s Degree in Materials Processing Engineering from the Tianjin University in 2007. And, he received his Doctoral degree in Materials Processing Engineering from the Tianjin University in 2010. He worked as a lecturer at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University (2010–2018). He is now an associate professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University. His research interests include welding process control and welding automation, innovative welding process, additive manufacturing, etc.
