Dr. Marija Branković has worked at the University Hospital Medical Center Bežanijska kosa since 2003. She became an Internal Medicine specialist in 2006, a subspecialist in Gastroenterohepatology in 2023, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Medicine in 2023. She became the Chief of Staff of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University Hospital Medical Center Bežanijska kosa in 2017 and the Director's Assistant in charge of educational, scientific, and research activities in 2019. Her research keywords mainly focus on gastroenterology, IBD, MASLD/MASH, COVID-19, and hepatology.
Dr. Ivana Pantić is a medical doctor at the Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University Clinical Center of Serbia. She obtained her Master's degree at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, in 2018 and is now pursuing her Ph.D. degree at the Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University Clinical Center of Serbia. Her skills and expertise include liver diseases, liver cirrhosis, and gastroenterology.
Dr. Marko Vojnović became an Internal Medicine specialist in 2023 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, where he also obtained his Ph.D. degree. He has been employed at the Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University Clinical Center of Serbia since October 2013, in the ICU. He is also a member of the Association of Gastroenterologists of Serbia and the Serbian Medical Association.
Prof. Dr. Tamara Milovanović is an Internal Medicine specialist with subspecialties in gastroenterology and hepatology and many years of experience in this area. She currently works at the University Clinical Centre of Serbia’s Gastroenterology Clinic and she is a professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Medicine. She had completed her master’s thesis in 1999 at the University of Belgrade, and obtained PhD degree in 2005. She took Doppler ultrasonography, functional diagnostics in gastroenterology and hepatology, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and liver transplantation as part of her continuing education. She is a member of many national and international gastroenterology and hepatology organizations. Her clinical and scientific interests include benign and malignant disorders in gastroenterology and hepatology, interventional treatments, and endoscopic ultrasound.
Prof. Siniša Đurašević received his PhD in biology from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Biology, in 2004. Now he is a full professor at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. His skills and expertise include stress, the gut microbiome, antioxidant biology, nutritional and metabolic diseases, and nutrition.
