Dr. Jun Nishio currently works at the Section of Orthopaedic Surgery, Department of Medicine, Fukuoka Dental College. Dr. Nishio holds a Ph.D. in Medical Science. Dr. Nishio's research interests are bone and soft tissue tumor, sarcoma, cell line, chromosome, gene and pathological diagnoses. Dr. Nishio's research areas are orthopedics, tumor diagnostics and therapeutics, and human pathology. Dr. Nishio is a member of the Western Japan Society for Orthopedic and Disaster Surgery, the Bone and Soft Tissue Sarcoma Treatment Research Group, the Japanese Sarcoma Treatment Research Society, the Japanese Society of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the Japanese Orthopedic Society.

Dr. Kaori Koga currently works at the Department of Pathology, Faculty of Medicine, Fukuoka University, Japan. Dr. Koga holds a Ph.D. in Medicine. Dr. Koga performed a comprehensive study on the mechanisms involved in micropapillary or budding type tumor invasion (2012–2016), and fundamental research to develop a binding inhibitor of Emmprin and CD73 (2021–2024). Dr. Koga achieved the Silver Award at the 60th Western Branch Academic Conference of the Japanese Dermatological Association. Dr. Koga is a member of the Japanese Dermatological Association, the Japanese Society of Pathology, the Japanese Cancer Society, the Japanese Society of Dermatopathology and Histology, the Japanese Connective Tissue Society, and the Japanese Society of Cutaneous Malignant Tumors.
