Letizia Todeschini, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine from Università degli Studi di Verona with the thesis project titled "Dynamic predictors of high-grade dysplasia in patients affected by IPMN undergoing surgery after initial surveillance: the high-grade IPMN goal (HiDInG), a multicentric retrospective study". Since October 2023, she has been a member of the Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, where her research focuses on colorectal and pancreatic cancer, along with target immunotherapy, with a specific emphasis on RNAseq analysis.
